About Skye Forsyth

I grew up in the small town of Margate, on the South Coast, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. I joined Tomlinson Mnguni James Attorneys at their Pietermaritzburg office at the end of 2012 to serve Articles of Clerkship.

I completed my Bachelor of Laws degree through UNISA and was admitted as an Attorney of the Pietermaritzburg High Court in January 2015.

Thereafter, I was an Associate in the General Litigation and Matrimonial Law Department of TMJ and then a Partner of the firm Stofberg & Forsyth Attorneys.

On 1 November 2018 I established my own law firm under the name and style of Skye Forsyth Attorneys, to offer legal services for General Litigation and Matrimonial Law, and over the years have developed the firm into a Family Law specialised firm, which it is well-known for today.

During 2020 I decided to expand into the field of Conveyancing and was admitted as a Conveyancer in August 2021, and now offer such services in the field of Property Transfers.
